When Artorias spotted a being of the Abyss he became enraged and slaughtered it before turning to the Player.
Because Artorias so devoted an Abyss-Slayer he remembered even when Hollowed and the Pursuer an Undead-Slayer of the same devoted kind.
What are both at this moment? Invoked with the Abyss and Undead!
